Job Description
Title/Role: HR BUSINESS PARTNER

JOB LOCATION: Hyderabad

Experience: 4-8 years

THE CHALLENGE

• HRBP manages the HR activities as it relates to employee relations and policy/procedure

• development, interpretation, and consistency. HRBP in this role will partner with HR leadership to

• support all employees at Hyderabad location in various programs and issues. Foster positive

• employee relations and a culture of continuous improvement, provide necessary resources to

• recruit and maintain an effective, productive workforce to meet business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 
Essential responsibilities:

• Serve as key member of the HR Team in terms of coaching, counseling, mentoring, etc.

• Perform all aspects of human resources including recruiting, selection, organizational development,

• compensation, and special focus on training.

• Identify training needs, identify sources of training & then manage logistics

• Support the performance management process/Succession Planning Process, training programs, and

• development of talent pipeline.

• Lead change efforts and proactive process improvements of HR processes.

• Provide advice, council and support for benefits, training, and HRIS.

• Administer HR Programs: creation of employee development and recognition programs; incentive

• compensation planning, ongoing motivational/team building practices, engagement initiatives.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership team and employees to advise both

• on employee related and organizational matters.

• Build/drive an energized & creative workforce.

• Champion diversity initiatives.

• Act as an impartial advocate for all employees.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• College degree required; Advanced education desired.

• 4 years minimum of relevant Human Resource Experience required.

• Demonstrated change leadership qualities.

• Experience in managing training required

• Outstanding communication, team building and interpersonal skills.

• Effective program and project management skills.

• High level of responsiveness.

• Strong communications skills.

• Must have ability to influence others.

• Demonstrated competence in Selection and Staffing, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Employee

• Relations and Communications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

MBA or Masters Degree in Human Resources.
