Job Description
Ensure employees are trained to do their Job effectively, help employees to learn new skills and develop existing ones

To prepare the Training need analysis and Execute it

Coordinate training programes with the External trainers and agencies

Assuring availibility of training materials, work with internal and external trainers to develop suitable content for the training courses

Conduct trainings on various topics required by employees
