Job Description
1) Recruitment - Complete recruitment and Selection process

Manage sourcing, interviewing and employment process, keep track of recruiting metrics

Search and choose Job advertising options, coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs,

Participate in Job fairs and career events,

2) Onboarding - To introduce new hires to culture, values, resources and pepole,

Joining formalities with documentation,

help to settle them into their department

3) Employee Engagement - Design and conduct employee engagement activities
