Job Description
We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant / Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our HR department. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from new / existing employees and external partners. Your responsibilities will include – assisting in recruitment process including candidate research, interview scheduling, sending offers and appointment letters to candidates, maintaining all personnel records, managing all documents, on-boarding new employees, updating company HR policies and assisting in resolving any employee issues. You should have prior experience with all HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you should have very strong organizational skills, interpersonal communication skills, time management and be familiar with HR rules and regulations.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, Updating internal HR databases with new hire information, Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies, Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days, salary calculations and processing, Publish and Update Recruitment Advertisements, Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed, Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, Develop employee training and on-boarding material, Respond to employee queries, Organizing and maintaining personnel records, update employee leave records, ensure legal compliance for HR practices, Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms, Participate in HR projects, Organize employee engagement projects like extra curricular activities for team building, recreation, festival celebrations, participate in employee evaluations and performance reviews, etc…
