HR POLICY REVIEWS&FORMULATION

o Rationalization of perks and all related indirect benefits for managerial staff.

o Preparing Policy Manual, Advice Management to adopt new practices prevalent in other related industries.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

o Assessing capability of the organization and to determines gaps between desired and current capability.

o Contributing to knowledge capital, new solutions or services, introducing industry relevant benchmarks and awards for textile industry and drafting blue print for action plans to make them more sustainable.

o Wage survey and re-structure wage structure.

EMPLOYEE WELFARE

o Managing the welfare activities, addressing various grievances voiced by employees, handling conflict resolution and maintaining a harmonious working environment.

o Managing and motivating employees to give their best at work, building an environment of equality, dignity of labour, mutual respect, compassion, commitment and trust.

o Ensures Welfare of staff &Workers.

o To facilitate medical attendance to injured staff and providing ambulance services to all factories in and around.
