Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Responsibility:

1.1 To Increase sale of Laundry and achieve Housekeeping Budget

1.2 To Control Inventory of Housekeeping

1.3 To Control Laundry Expenses

2. Customer Responsibility:

2.1 To Increase Guest Memorable Experience

2.2 To Increase Upselling and Suggestive selling

2.3 To Increase Loyal and Satisfied Guests Database

2.4 To Resolve and document all Customer Complaints on Time

3. Operation Responsibility:

3.1 To Check Cleanliness of All Hotel Rooms

3.2 To Check Cleanliness of Hotel Public Areas

3.3 To check all periodic Pest Control and Spring cleaning

3.4 To upkeep and maintain hotel hygiene as per standards

3.5 To perform turndown services in room and plan and prepare special services as per guest requirements.

3.6 To receive and deliver the guest laundry on time

3.7. To generate bill of laundry from IDS.

4. Growth and Development:

4.1 To fill and complete all forms and reports on time,

4.2 To conduct and attend all Housekeeping meetings and document meeting minutes

4.3 To Conduct Training for increase in knowledge and efficiency.

4.4 To maintain Staff Discipline and attendance.
