To handle customer service requirements like account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability
product selling, education on product features, cheque book issuance.
Achievement of Sales targets for CASA no & Value, etc for bank and investment products (TD, GI , LI , DMAT,
MF). Going beyond the professed need of the customer by providing other products. Enhancement of
Cross-sale of assets products.
Quality of advice given to customers as determined by customers and supervisor.
Speed and efficiency of service given.
Back-up to relationship managers/BM holding HNI relationships.
Ensure low attrition ratios.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & QUALITIES:
Graduates with total experience of 2-5 years with relevant exp of atleast 1 year in financial services or banks.
MBA with lesser experience is also OK.
