Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Should be well-versed with Dough Stretching, Cheesing, Saucing, Pizza Topping, Pizza Cutting Garnishing, Pizza Baking, Order Taking, Food & Drink serving & Table clearance, Cash handling.

2) Cheerfully greeting guests as they arrive and interacting with them for menus

3) Assisting guests in choosing meals and drinks

4) Following consistent standard operating procedures that positively impact the restaurants overall operations

5) Consistently increasing revenue by up-selling orders and suggesting add-ons/extra to meals

6) Processing guest orders through the POS machine & provide them with receipts and serve them

7) Achieving highest customer satisfaction ratings by producing quality services and beverages and by prioritizing guest experience as top priority

8) Updating about restocking items & inventory

9) Maintaining an organized, hygiene and clean service area & workstations

10) Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages

11) Ensured that the portion of food being packed or served is appropriate

12) Will assist chef in kitchen, cutting, chopping, assembling, packaging in central kitchen under the supervision of Head-Chef.

Eligibility Criteria:

13) Preferable from Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hotel, Hospitality Industry.

14) Minimum 0-3 years experience in restaurants.

15) Fresher’s can also apply

16) S.S.C/H.S.C. (Mandatory)

17) Decent communication skill

18) Pleasant Personality & well-groomed

19) Average duration worked for past employers should be minimum 2 years.
