Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVES

1. Work with and support hiring managers throughout the group to fill vacancies in a timely manner.

2. Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search

3. Post advertisements in a variety of newspapers , trade publications, networks,etc. including internationally focused sources

4. First stage screening of online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, ability and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the Group Recruitment Manager/

hiring managers. Facilitate applicant interviews with hiring managers (in person and/or on the phone).

5. Conduct applicant preliminary interviews (in person and/or on the phone)

6. Present fully screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. Review candidate qualifications with hiring managers.

7. Arrange travel and lodging (international and domestic) for interview applicants, as needed

8. Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results.

9. Complete reference checks on selected candidates. Complete a background check as requested.

10. Manage offer process and negotiate compensation package including salary, start date and allowances for international postings

11.Assist with the visa processing and any orientation documents to complete

12.Submit all candidate information (resume, employment application, references, communications, and backup documentation) to the human resources department for on-boarding.
