MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:

o Education / Qualifications:

o Graduate

o Post Graduate (Except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)

o Travel boundary limits :

o Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits

o Cabs provided

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Answers incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call or chat.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

o Good communication skills

o Polite and customer service oriented

o Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries

o Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
