HIRING FOR DOMESTIC VOICE PROCESS AT FIRSTSOURCE SOLUTIONS LTD

POSITION SUMMARY

A CSA/SR.CSA in this role deals with a number of incoming calls, pertaining to the client’s business. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:

Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:

o Age:

o 18 to 40 years of age

o Education / Qualifications:

o 12th

o Graduate

o Post Graduate (Except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)

o Travel boundary limits :

o Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

o Answers incoming customer calls/chats with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call or chat.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

o Good communication skills in English and in any regional language.
o Polite and customer service oriented

o Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
