Role : Sr. HR Manager ( Male preferably )

Reporting to - Head HR Manager

Experience : 3 years & above

Salary : Up to 3.6 L

OVERVIEW :

Skilled in handling employees, maintaining peaceful & amicable work environment in the organization and initiating measures for the mutual benefit of the management & staff. Key skills include Talent Acquisition,Employee Engagement,HR Generalist Activities, Recruitment & Selection,Statutory Compliance,Joining & Exit Formalities, Background Verification, Attendance Management, Leave Management

Hands on in handling the recruitment process of the candidates in various modes through consultancy, college campuses, and walk-in interviews. Proficiency in planning and implementing abilities with demonstrated success in handling HR issues.

Statutory compliance - EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Challan Process.
Payroll Processing, Attendance, Leaves.
Recruitment, joining Exit formalities, Induction.

Role & Responsibilities
Full & Final Settlement. (Exit interview to Reliving letter )
Statutory Compliance, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity Payment
Complete Payroll Processing, Salary Designing,
Time office Attendance, Leave Management of Staff.
Recruitment , Joining , Induction and Exit Formalities.
Managing Employee Engagement Activities.
Handling HR Related Queries Though HR help desk.

Background Verification of Employees (BCG).

PMS
Statutory Compliance, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity Payment
Recruitment
Training & Development
Complete Payroll Processing, Salary Designing, Attendance, Leave Management of Staff.
Maintaining database in SAP ERP, E separation, Generating Employee codes.
Handling complete Recruitment cycle, Joining and Exit Formalities.
Managing Employee Engagement Activities.
Handling HR Related Queries.
To manage Training and Performance of employees.
General Admin assignments.
Statutory Compliance
General Administration
Salary Breakup,PayrollProcessing./ Attendance & Leave Record / Support toHRHead inHRactivities / Personnel Data Management / Recruitment(In house)
