Role : Finance Manager

Salary : Up to 7 LPA

Desired Candidate Profile :
Chartered Accountant with min of 3-6 post qualification experience.

(Budgeting, MIS, Accounting)

We are looking for a Finance Professional with excellent MIS and Accounting skills .

About the role

The role requires a seasoned, result oriented, finance professional to be a part of our team at our Corporate Office. Apart from the key responsibility areas as mentioned below, the candidate is expected to be a
-self-driven,
-highly motivated individual who can work under strict deadlines with minimum supervision and ready to take ownership of the department/ process.
-He/ she will be reporting to the CFO.

Job Location : Salt Lake,Sector 1 Kolkata

Key Responsibility Areas :

The Key responsibility of the job incumbent would be as follows:-
Accounting
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Verifying accounting for all locations
Maintaining accounts as per statutory requirements
Budgeting , Preparation of Annual Operating plans for the organization in line with growth strategy and vision suggested by the leadership.
Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction

Financial Analysis


Planning for top business KPIs and financial performance of the organization
Preparation of projected financial statements including Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet.
Preparation of long range business plans ranging between 3-5 years for investors showcasing long term business strategy of the organization.
Preparation of Forecasts
Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management
Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput
Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing
Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
