Job Description
Job Roles will include :
Monitor calls on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback in order to enhance the productivity

Responses provided by the agents and to evaluate the customer experience 

Identifying RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

Call Monitoring 

Candidate should: Good Communication 

Call calibration (Internal/External) 

To monitor a pre - specified number of calls per Team Member on a weekly/monthly basis and highlight call policy errors immediately to the Team Managers, respective Team Leaders. Contact details:
