Day Shift 9 am to 6 pm

UG/Grad with 1 to 4 yrs of experience

Designation Offered: Technical Support Associate III

Process Details:

Troubleshooting / Fixing Branded desktops, portables and peripherals for small and medium business as well as consumers for US/UK or any International process

Should have excellent written and Spoken English skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Real Time Support

- Real Time Escalations/Supervisory Calls for Technical/Policy Related calls

- Review/Approve dispatches for his team to ensure Dispatch meets required guidelines

- Weekly audits on Repeat Dispatches, Repeat Calls and other Compliance factors

- Does informal and formal evaluations and provides professional growth opportunities to agents

- Cascade any Updates/Communications coming from Dell to their aligned team
