Job Description

Any Graduate, Diploma or Intermediate with excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.

• Candidate should have minimum 6 months of Tech Support Experience or 12 months of Customer Service Experience

• Should have basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic technical issues of internet.

• Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues.

• Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in night shifts.

• Transport facility available (pick up & drop).

• 5 days working.

BE/BTech Fresher are also eligible only if they appear for the interview before 31st Oct 2018
