Job Description
Responsibilities
• Support facility management head in review, shortlist and evaluation of food service provider

• Coordinate and communicate with applicants during food service provider selection process

• Assist in defining evaluation criteria, food menu and pricing 
• Act as a coordinator between food service provider and technical (fit-out, engineering) team for service requests       during and after execution of fit-out by service provider

• Coordinate with Security and Fire Safety department for man & material movement handling of food service provider

• Define food facility management guidelines (hygiene requirement, garbage disposal etc.), Do’s and Don’ts

• Review and ensure availability and timely renewal of all the food & establishment related licenses with the food   service provider 
• Monitor availability of services in the premises as per agreed food menu and pricing

• Periodically visit and audit the food facility areas to ensure that food facility vendors comply to hygiene and safety standards

• Periodically perform food quality and microbiological tests

• Qualitative review of performance of food facility vendors through structured surveys in coordination with member relations department

• Establish the grooming requirements of staff with respect to uniform, cleanliness, behavior, etc. and ensure the housekeeping agencies comply to the requirements

• Overall responsible for the F & B Operations in the Property.

• Responsible for Business Development through F & B service Providers/ Franchisee, Approaching, finalizing new Vendors.

• Finalizing Terms & Condition with F & B Vendors, Negotiation, Finalizing the deals & signing of TOTs with the Vendors.

• Check & maintain all statuary records required to run the F & B Operations, Check all required Licenses are procured & maintained by the service Providers to run the operations,

• Liaison with Govt Authorities as well as management & Vendors for smooth operations.

• Checking & Supervising the Quality, Quantity, Pricing of the products been served in the premises

• Checking Hygiene & sanitation standards been followed by the Service providers.

• Responsibilities are maintaining Marketing and Public Relations with the clients and business associates to improve business and brand name

• Responsible for overall management & administration of the property.

Coordinate operations among all key departments like F&B, Sales, & Maintenance etc.

• Forecast Food & Beverage budgets, operational requirements and plan in consultation with the management for coordination.

• Responsible for business strategy planning. Responsible for achieving profitability 
• Responsible for reviewing business performance in line with budgetary control.

• Food and Beverage Management, Developing & implementing procedures, control

systems for maintaining hygiene & quality standards.

Operations and supervise all aspects of F & B management including menu-planning, monitoring food production, service standards & Pricing, etc

• Searching, Surveying viability & finalizing the properties & space availability for new vendors. Maximum utilization of the premises for Revenue Generation.

Co-coordinating for new franchisee Restaurant setup. Providing support to the Vendors for the smooth F & B Operations Strategic Planning, Achieving Target.

• Check & streamline operations of Office Canteen, Staff training, maintaining service & production standards, Food consumption & reducing costs by various methods
