Job Description
Job Brief:

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and talented PPC campaign specialist who has success with paid search campaigns using Google Ads. The candidate will be managing our clients portfolio to help improve their search campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

As a campaign manager, candidate should have solid experience in SEM with a customer service approach. Candidate selected will be responsible for improving our existing paid acquisition initiatives and introducing new, relevant, successful paid marketing channels. The candidate should also have a hands on experience and idea of how various SEM tools that add value to our customers campaigns.

Qualification:
BBM/B.COM/MBA marketing management will be preferred
15 years (10+2+3) of full time regular education is a must
Must be Google and Bing certified

Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in handling search engine marketing campaigns and also Remarketing Campaigns for search (Preferably Google and Bing)

Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, setup, manage, optimize campaigns on Google and Bing for client across different industries
Keywords analysis, keyword research, reporting and account audit
Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating and reconciling discrepancies
Manage extremely large scale paid marketing campaigns through SEM
Excellent understanding of Google search remarketing and deriving action items from data points
Craft effective direct response ad copy, that sells
Extensive experience in managing search remarketing campaigns
Able to manage manual bids by implementing effective bidding strategies and effective keyword management. Should be able to own and take decision on campaign bids
Analyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics to squeeze as much ROI as possible
Communicate effectively with and educate the account managers who will relay to clients strategies of the campaigns
Prepare performance analysis reports and make the recommendations for corrective modifications that gives good results
Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones
Monitor and analyze campaigns to meet revenue goals
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Hands on experience in KPI analysis
Handle a portfolio of accounts and taking end-to-end ownership
Should be good at written and verbal English
Very strong team work orientation

Requirements:
Proven 2-4 years of SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
In-depth experience with marketing automation tool Kenshoo would be an advantage
Familiaritywith A/B and multivariate experiment
Strong analytical skills
