Responsibilities: - Sourcing profiles through job portals, social networking, existing database & referrals. - Screening profiles. - Pre-screening candidates through telephonic or face to face interview. - Shortlisting profiles as per the client's requirement. - Scheduling face to face interview with clients. - Regular coordination with clients & candidates. - Ensuring timely onboarding of selected candidates at client place. - Handling end to end recruitment. - At least 2 years of work experience in end to end recruitment. - Non-IT recruitment experience is considered. - Decent written & verbal communication.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
