Hiring for Manager/ Sr. Quality Analyst

Job Location : Indore/ Bangalore
Industry: BPO
Exp: Min 2 yrs
Salary: Open to discuss
Qualification: Any Graduate 

Roles & Responsibility-

Manager Quality  

Should be working as Quality Manager OR AM Quality for at least 12 -18 months in International BPO.
Should be aware of Quality KPIs & KRAs

Should have good understanding of Managerial
Candidate should be flexible with Rotational Shifts Should have excellent Communication skills.
Six Sigma certified and Green belt trained or certified is a must.

Senior Quality Analyst- Chat Support
Responsible to do audits for E-mail & Chat Support Specialists.

Responsible to complete the audit target within stipulated time, assigned by supervisors.

Responsible for maintaining audits, along with managing all type of ad-hoc audit requests, ensuring feedback  compliance, New Hire sessions & data reporting.

Reporting (Daily dashboard, Quality analysis, accuracy of all the reports).

To manage various types of hygiene audits and report non-compliance as and when detected, conducting

sessions etc.
