1) Technical & Networking Support ( Back Office process)


Technical Support for L1 & L2 Helpdesk, Providing remote support for Laptops / Desktops / LAN Issues / Printer Configuration, Cloud Computing, DNS , Networking Support....ETC.

( Salary 10000 to 15000 + incentive upto 5000)
( Fix Night Shift, Sat & Sunday Fix Off )

( HSC / Diploma / any Graduates / Post Graduates )

( Freshers / Exp. Both)

2) Technical support process

Should have excellent communication skills.

Graduate or UG with minimum 1 yrs of experience in Technical process.

( 24*7 shift & Night Shift- Salary Upto 4.5L )

Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills & thinks logically.
b. Working knowledge of personal computer architecture and network architecture.

c. Passion for Technology (curious, has desire to learn, doesn’t rely on past knowledge, stays on top of latest technologies).

d. (Server support) operates on callback model where the cases are created for the customers and the engineers talk to the customers . They require assistance with troubleshooting on 2003,2008, 2008r2, SCCM, SCMON, Win XP, Vista, Win7, Exchange 2007, IIS, ISA

e. Working/knowledge of Microsoft® Windows NT® Server and/or Windows 2000 Server and Windows NT Workstation and/or Windows 2000 Professional

f. MCP/MTA/MCSA/MCITP/MCSE Certified in Windows® Server Operating Systems recommended.

g. Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Set up, System Performance and Domain Environment, Boot Process (Backup Process, Types Of Backup, Hyper-V Type 1 & Type 2 , Storage.

3) Technical Support and Networking

Should have excellent communication skills.

Exchange 2007/2010/2013: Roles â€" function of each role, Mail flow â€" outbound â€" architecture , Exchange 2016

- FSMO Roles

- DNS: Types of queries, zones, name resolution, Resource records.

- Active Directory â€" Logical and physical structure

- Terminologies â€" Forest, Tree, Domain, Domain Controller, OU, Global Catalog

- NET: OSI Model, TCP/IP Model, Private and Public IP Addresses, NIC, Wired and Wireless connections, Ports and Protocols

- VPN, Installing AD, Page cannot be displayed Issues

- DHCP: How to create a scope, exclusions, reservations, DORA, SARR (IPV6)

- Outlook troubleshooting.

(Salary upto 4.50 L)

Should have excellent communication skills.

Any Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate Will Do.
