Job Description
KRAs:

Customer book handling . Generating additional revenue from existing customers by targeting higher wallet share & cross sales of bank products.

To handle customer service requirements like account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability product selling, education on product features, cheque book issuance.

Achievement of Sales targets for CASA no & Value, etc for bank and investment products (TD, GI , LI , DMAT, MF). Going beyond the professed need of the customer by providing other products. Enhancement of customer value.

Cross-sale of assets products.

Quality of advice given to customers as determined by customers and supervisor.

Speed and efficiency of service given.

Back-up to relationship managers/BM holding HNI relationships.

Ensure low attrition ratios.
