Job Description
Job Summary :

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services

Guide the customer on various queries, take/ cancel orders, obtain details of complaints

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Advises present or prospective seller by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

Influences seller to retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Enter and update sellers information in the database

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Eligibility Criteria :

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good Typing Speed

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Any Graduation / Post Graduation
