We are hiring for Technical Support Associates (Dual Chat Process)

Work Location : Hyderabad

Job Description

Any Graduate, Diploma or 10+2 with excellent Written & Oral communication skills in English.

Candidate should have minimum 1 months of Customer/Technical support experience in a Dual Chat process.

Should have excellent customer service skills.

Handling basic Internet Troubleshooting Issues & knowledge in billing process.

Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shifts), comfortable to work in night shifts.

Transport facility available (pick up & drop).

Note -

Fresher's are not eligible, Experience in Dual Chat process is mandatory.

Preferably Immediate Joiners.

Should have experience in handling Dual Chat with excellent typing skills.
