Job Title: HR Manager
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Role of HR Manager is to develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.
Required to manage, in partnership with the wider account team multiple sites to deliver an outstanding ‘Customer Experience’.
Manage, inspire and motivate Operation Managers to ensure operational excellence, high employee engagement and service improvement is achieved.
Duties and responsibilities
•Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
•Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
•Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
•Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
•Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
•Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
•Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
•Keeps records of hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for management reporting.
•Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
•Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with state law.
•Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
•Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
•Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
•Administers benefits programs such as vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
•Conducts wage surveys within labour market to determine competitive wage rate.
•Prepares budget of human resources operations.
•Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
•Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
•Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
•Communicating goals, results and key performance indicators to direct reports.
•Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and works with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workers.
MBA in Human Resource from reputed university; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
•Strong background and work experience in Human Resource.
•Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
•Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
•Excellent people manager, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
•Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
•Persuasive with details and facts. Delegate responsibilities effectively
•Ready to work in UK shift. 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
•Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
•Ready to travel based on business need.
