Exp: 3-5.5 yrs Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the Omnichannel application systems are maintained and supported with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency. • Own and drive various aspects of quality assurance from support team perspective • To examine potential areas for Service Improvement and raise proposals with the Service Manager
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
• Total experience - 4 to 5 years. Relevant - 2 to 3 years. • Should have strong support knowledge and understanding on ecommerce flow - Web and Mobile technologies • Proficiency in JVM troubleshooting and analysis. • Good Knowledge on Cassandra (must) and Oracle DB. • Monitor and resolve issues in production environment, handle critical incidents and resolve it within SLA • Familiar with Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace etc. • Knowledge on ticketing tool • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team • Collaborate with software development teams and provide required support to develop various software solutions

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
