Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Job Description:  

-To escalate the queries of the customer via call.

-Resolve the Customer issue for International Customer

-To provide the best resolution to the customers.

-Maintain the better relationship with the customers.

-Meet the customers’ requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.

-No Sales, No Field Work, No Target

Salary Structure:

Experience Candidates: 20-30% Hike from the current / Last drawn salary.

Fresher: 15 K CTC + Night shift allowances + Other Benefits.
