Job Description
1. Associate Circle Head - Agency, Hyderabad

a. To ensure the productive expansion of the Agency distribution channel through the successful development and retention of early tenure FLS

b. Develop early tenure FLS through Confirmation.

c. Ensuring team certification for early tenure FLS.

d. Develop Knowledge of Local Market dynamics to improve productivity of FLS.

e. Help FLS to achieve monthly sales targets.

f. Provide assistance to Circle Managers by driving balanced growth of FLS’ towards sales target and business quality

2. Corporate Sales Manager - Bancassurance, Hyderabad

a. To achieve the organizational goal for the assigned branch(s)/geography in terms of revenue and to maintain appropriate relationship with the representatives of channel partner in that Branch /geography.

b. Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue

c. Drive and Monitor all sales initiatives so as to meet its objective

d. Study competitor activities and tracking of the business figures to formulate strategies at the branch level for maximum business and mindshare.

e. Day to day activities of channel management, team management and sales management.

f. Conduct out of office calls as per need of the team and as defined in the sales activity Management.

g. Execution of the sales strategy by the use of robust MIS ensuring successful management.

h. Ensure adherence by the teams to the sales management process.

i. Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous business delivery and business development.

3. Branch Manager - Direct Loyalty, Hyderabad

a. Implement Plans with specific focus towards Needs based Selling and Activity Management.

b. Support the business planning and implementation process for the business with the Sales Leadership

c. Achieve Bench Mark supplier status for the direct Channel

d. Ensuring alignment of volume and market share objectives for the direct business – facilitate HDFCSL Products;

e. Monitor and evaluate achievement of your sales targets against expectations

f. Enable superlative performance standards through alignment of the team with the targets

g. Ensure clarity and thereby enhance understanding of the new sales process & management system in within team.

h. Enhance effectiveness through smooth integration of changes throughout team

i. Interact regularly with the existing customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.

j. Ensure review of their financial arrangements at least once a year.

k. Understand the life cycle of the customer

l. Ensure servicing client effectively.

m. Minimize lapses.
