Job Description
1. Organising meetings and managing databases. 
2. Booking transport and accommodation. 
3. Ordering stationery and furniture as required & upon management's requests. 
4. Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries. 
5. Preparing letters, presentations and reports. 
6. Managing office budgets. 
7. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. 
8. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. 
9. Answering calls coming at the reception & maintaining a log book for clients.
10. Ordering supplies for office as required,.

1. Graduate in any stream in administrative role.
2. Excellent Communication skills. (Written & verbal). 
3. Efficiently correspond with associates & other members in branch & branch offices.
4. Good command over English both (written & verbal).

5. Well-versed in MS OFFICE.

6. Candidate should have attention to details.

7. Well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated candidate.
