Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

1.Agent Recruitment & Development

2.Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.

3.Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring

4.Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.

5.Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same

6.Meet Business Targets

7.Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.

8.Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etc

9.Customer Centricity

10.Be MLI brand ambassador & a customer champion

11.Follow MLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty

12.Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
