Job Description
Positions: Customer Support Executives (10 positions)/ Team Leaders (2 positions)/ Team Manager (1 position)


Experience: Minimum of 6 months of US Voice Process experience, up to 3 years for Executive positions/ 3-5 years for Team Leader & over 7 years for Team Manager position


Excellent Command over English is mandatory


Shift: US time-zone (NIGHT SHIFT)


Transportation/ Commutation: Cab facility available (pick-up & drop)
