- Responsible for development of Distributor & Modern trade Retail Sales Channel for selling
- Ensure extension of existing Customers.
- Should be able to create & handle Modern Trade & retail sales channels.
-Manage Existing Network of Buyers & keep adding new buyers/segments.
-Establish relationships with distributors, high volume clients and other channel partners
- Meet sales targets.
-Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy.
- Should have updated market information on regular/daily basis.
-Deliver the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and in-store execution.
-Ensure delivery of the channel plans at the store level, ensure merchandising (basis norms), drive
field efficiencies, and ensure a robust engagement & relationship matrix with MT and GT customers
(inc distributors) at a region level.
Experience:- 3-4 yearsQualification and Abilities:
- Should be mobile & able to stay in the Field/Market for Long Hours.
- Should able to manager institutional sales.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Convincing/salesman skill
- Have Creative Knowledge
- Peoples person have good interpersonal skills
- Operationally Strong
- Should be a keen observer / listener Industry Preferred: - Cosmetic, Perfume and Retail Background
