Job Descriptions:
Main responsibilities:

Manage desktops, perform Helpdesk support, OS support - Mac, windows
Blackberry, Iphone, Android and other end user enterprise phone support
Configure and fix IP Phones
Support Email Systems - Outlook,
Microsoft AD support
Should have worked on ITSM Ticketing tools
Arabic Speaker is a plus
Should have excellent communication skills in English - Speak/Write
Should be presentable and have good interpersonal skills and manage end users

Years of Experience : 8 Years
Qualification: Degree in Engineering or equivalent/ graduate in technology
Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, ITIL V3 Foundation
