Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• To design the strategy for Bulk Sugar Sales.

• To increase the revenue of Bulk Sugar Sales via sale through Institutional Buyers, Traders, Railway Rakes, & Modern Trade

• To continuously innovate for adding new channels for Sale of Bulk Sugar

• To build a strong rapport with the Customers and conduct necessary Promotional events / programs to activate the Customers / Traders / Institutional Buyers / Modern trade partners

• To make best use of SAP systems by tracking the inventory levels and accordingly augmenting the Sale volumes

• Be responsible for recoveries from Customers

• To add New Customers / Dealers to list of customers and enhance the Customer experience of the existing customers for repeat orders.

• Perform research and identify & tap new customers & new territories


• Any Graduate or preferably MBA (Marketing) with atleast 20 to 25 years of Sugar Sales experience

• Knowledge of Network of Sugar Sales Institutional Buyers, Traders, Modern Trade Houses

• Ability to Negotiate, influence & deal closure

• Good in Relationship building with the Customers
