We have the following vacancy:

Head-Sales: India & Middle East (based in Mumbai):

Job Objective: build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, identify new revenue opportunities, present solutions in a compelling manner and ensure commercial success. Will have to travel to Middle East on a need-basis

KRAs Will lead the entire sales process

· Will ideate new strategies and ensure the revenue targets are met

· Will be the single point of contact for existing customer accounts and manage client relationships with senior executives up to and including CXO level

· Create and be responsible for account plans

· Provide value-added solutions through a consultative approach

· Own the relationship with each of the identified accounts, ensuring a high quality, positive and mutually profitable business partnership

· Support all customer projects. Will be the link between the customer and the delivery teams

· Responsible for the financial health of each account

Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBAs with 10-16 years experience selling ERP software solutions. Exposure to sales to Modern-Retail, Retail Chains, Retailing organisations is desirable. Exposure to sales to Middle East will be an advantage.
