Job Summary Planning, scheduling & procurement of Capital Equipment, Plant & Machinery for existing and new Projects;Sourcing, Procurement(international & domestic),Negotiations, Installation & Commissioning Co-ordinate for logistics to ensure timely dispatch of finished products (export and domestic) as per plan;Procurement of machine spares and consumable items to ensure the Plant is always operational at the optimum capacity and efficiency Vendor development and its management ;sourcing quality goods from reliable vendors, after evaluating them on multiple criteria like price, quality, service, availability, reliability etc;Achieve vendor consolidation and cost reduction. Involved in Inventory management, warehouse management. Reviewing the packaging purchases from time to time and find for ways to Improving the quality of packaging materials through reduction in non-conforming supplies;Responsible for co-coordinating with cross functional team members and conduct process audits at suppliers units. Improve their quality systems and upgrade their processes and bring them to the level of self certification. Involved in laying down systems for self certification of vendors;Review and analyze MIS and periodically present to the higher management.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
