Job Description
Head HR Strategy JD: Responsible for implementation of HR Strategy in line with business strategy. Work closely with business areas to understand their business strategy and challenges and ensure that HR supports the business to achieve their objectives by providing value-add and practical HR solutions. Accountable for communicating and implementing group and local HR programs and processes within own business areas (i.e. performance management, talent management and succession planning, IR management etc.). Key Responsibilities: Advance group culture within the site Ensure Plant talent strategies are in place that anticipate our local need for talent Develop local HR policies & practices that support our culture and the vision of the business HR compliance and ethics Talent Position and the HR Capability KRA Setting and monitoring. Introducing 360 degree feedback and performance related pay. Qualification and Experience: Full Time post graduate degree in HR from reputed institutes Independently managing the HR function and supporting the P&L leader Exposure to various Analysis to increase productivity Excellent relationship skills and strong customer and business focus. People Management, Team player. Strong change management skills and able to lead and initiate change within the business adapting approaches to deliver expected benefits. Delivers results through others Knowledge of SAP, implementation project preferred.
