Job Description
  • Driving Acquisition of farmers on the Digital Farmer Services platform by:
  • Partnering with field teams and aggregators/FPOs
  • Collaborating with enterprises, govt departments, development agencies and NGOs
  • Devising and implementing acquisition campaigns
  • Design and implementation of marketing plans
  • Leading engagement with FPOs, promoting agencies and apex bodies like NABARD/SFAC
  • Leading onboarding of traders for info exchange
  • Building relationships with Agri universities, research institutes and enterprises for product development and app promotion
  • Tracking customer satisfaction, driving deep engagement and user retention
  • Leading the team of regional managers and field executives
, Desired Profile
  • Should have 8-14 years of proven track in the areas of rural sales &marketing/social sector/ key account management
  • Experience of collaborating with development agencies and govt. depts is a plus
  • Domain experience of Agri Tech, Agri inputs or FMCG is preferred but not compulsory
  • Strategic thinking, consummate verbal and written communication, excellent people skills
