Job Description
We have an Urgent opening for Head Exclusive Relationship Manager with leading bank in Ahmedabad.

Job Description:-

Recruit and Manage a team of Exclusive Banking Partner Business across Gujarat.

Acquire new business accounts having Trade, Forex and Asset income opportunity through team of RMs.

Driving Business in the assigned territory and ensuring target achievement and profitability on monthly basis.

Responsible for achieving allocated targets pertaining to Current Account Acquisition, CASA Book, Trade & Forex, Asset Fee.

Ensure high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.

Maintaining quality business by implementing the TAT and KYC norms

Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.

Handling Trade based queries from the RMs & increase forex revenue by smoothening transactions process by proactive liaison with Forex service cell, SPOPS & Credit departments.

Accompanying & mentoring RMs during sales calls.

Identifying new segments & set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the bank.
