Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive people plan that aligns to business plans and key drivers with a focus on delivering business transformation and organisation change, developing a shared identity and culture across
Spearheading and driving the people strategies in synergy with our business strategies
Responsible for handling entire HR operations and talent management initiatives
Conceptualizing and driving employee engagement and employer branding
Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee grievances
Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business which includes Rewards and Recognition, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management
Lead and mentor our HR and recruitment team Job Requirements:

Desired Skills and Experience:
Lot of experience in playing a Senior HR Manager / Director role with at least 15 years of relevant experience in HR space
A very personable, approachable and mature personality to foster better employee engagement
Tech savvy so he / she can relate to our demographics, and deploy innovative online tools for increased collaboration between our employees
A natural sales person, one who can attract and retain great talent
Strong and confident personality, who can communicate proactively and effectively with US and India leadership within the organization
Should have led HR for a mid-d organization
MBA/PGDM from a reputed B - School
