Job Description
We are looking for a high flyer looking for that next step up in their career and a leader who puts in place a legacy that others will aspire for. You will design, implement and monitor effective digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Our ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of organic acquisition marketing channels, including SEO, Video SEO, keyword planning, link marketing, content marketing, blogger outreach, influencer marketing, online PR and other Digital Marketing techniques. You will own organic marketing teams such as SEO, content marketing, Video SEO, blog marketing, forum marketing, online PR and more.

Our Head of Digital Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will oversee internal marketing teams to grow traffic and rankings. You are expected to ensure that the Marketing departments activities contribute to our companys long-term success. This role requires a strong understanding of effective marketing strategies across all major digital media channels; conversion funnel optimization with the goal of new customer acquisition;.

The candidate should have 6+ years of Digital Marketing experience across inbound channels such as- SEO, Video marketing, App Store Optimization, Content Marketing, Influencer & blogger outreach, Social Media, Email Marketing, and others.

Candidate must be metrics oriented, knowledgeable of vendors and products relevant to digital marketing and management, and aware of trends in digital media.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead digital marketing to grow leads and traffic through SEO, Blogging, Content Strategy, Social Media & Online PR. You would lead a team of 15 members towards user & customer acquisition.

Develop and implement a cohesive organic marketing plan utilizing SEO, Content marketing, online PR, Video and other channels

The candidate will be responsible for all SEO efforts; both on-site and off-site. This candidate should bring knowledge of this domain and their project management skills to help us grow our site.

Drive understanding of the customer experience and buying behavior to generate demand globally through to buyer purchase interest and fuel year-over-year revenue growth.

Guide, write, edit and collaborate on content, including social media and blog posts and SEO content.

Manage and grow email marketing to help grow business.

The candidate will be expected to grow the social media traffic to become an important driver of our business.

Engage and galvanize our target community through blogs, forums and press opportunities.

Prepare regular performance reports on marketing campaign metrics and social media metrics. 



Competencies Required:

Should have strong knowledge of organic channels such as SEO,content marketing, social media, email marketing and influencer marketing techniques.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Marketing Analytics: High level of expertise in Marketing Analytics using all available tools is a mandatory requirement.

The candidate should possess enough quantitative skills to make 2 to 3 year growth plans and growth forecasts.

MBA's preferred. However a candidate with a BA or a BS with relevant work experience can also apply.

The candidate should have worked online for at least 6 to 8 years.

Work Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST.
