To supervise the preparation of detailed design for highway construction projects to the contract stage.
To direct required changes in plans for projects under construction? To undertake independent studies as directed.
To deal with written enquires as assigned.
Prepare detailed design for construction projects to the contract stage
Providing technical direction to the design crew, assigning tasks, instructing in procedures and ensuring the orderly progress of the project.
Reviews and revises and completes design projects
Supervises revision of plans of projects let to contract.
Undertakes independent studies or assignments. Deals with written enquiries assigned originating either from public or from other government agencies.
Directing the preparation of drawings and estimates in specific application
Acquaintance with labour codes and manuals Contract Clauses interpretation
To incorporate state of art technology

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
