Job Description
Eligibility Criteria -


Experience: Fresher & experienced both can apply.

Qualification: Any Under Graduate / Graduate (Note: Regular MBAs will not be entertained.)

Salary - Up to 3.27 LPA (Based on you exp. & last drawn CTC)

Shifts - 24*7 (rotational shifts) / US shift

Working days - 5 days

Job Location - Noida

Job Description:

i. Complaint Management.

ii. Solving Customer queries.

iii. Using process knowledge in replying to customers.

iv. Maintaining quality standards.

v. Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set

vi. Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers

vii. Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards

viii. Good command in verbal and written English.

ix. Excellent communication skills.

x. Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.
