Executive Sous Chef M European/Any Degree in Culinary Arts 1 minimum 10 -15 years Exp in 5 Star Hotels, Large volume Operations/extensive experience in large scale high end Banqueting / Weddings & Out door caterings. Experience in Europe/ME & Asia is preferred 

Sushi Chef ( CDP Level) M Asian Degree in Culinary Arts 1 Minimum 3-5 years experience in 5 Star Top Rated Japanese Restaurant in UAE/Middle East or Asia 

Head Chef - Indian ( CDP/Sous Level) M Indian Degree in Culinary Arts 1 minimum 5-8 years Exp in 5 Star Indian Restaurants like Asha/Rang Mahal /Bukhara . Experience in North Indian , Tandoor & Curry .Experience in ME is preferred 

Chef De Partie M/F Asian/Sri Degree/Diploma in culinary Arts 1 Minimum 5 years expeirence in 5 Star /4 Star Hotels in cold kitchen/Gardemanger. Strong experience in Buffet salads/canapes/rustic sandwiches. 

Chef De Partie M/F Asian/Sri Degree/Diploma in culinary Arts 2 minimum 3-5 years exp in 5 star/4 star Hotels in hot Western Kitchen . Experience in Italian/Mediterranean/Grill - Steak house in preferred. Candidates with strong experience in Banquet kitchen will be preferred 

Chief Butcher/Commissary Head M Any Degree/Diploma in culinary Art 1 Mininum 1 year in current position and total 5-8 years total experience. Need to be currently working in 5 Star Large operations butchery. Strong in Yield reports, costs, material order, portion control and distribution. Strong understanding of meats, supplies , distributors and suppliers.
 

Demi Chef De Partie M/F Any Degree/Diploma in culinary Arts 2 minimum 2-4 years experience in 5 Star/4 star hotels in Hot Western & Cold Kitchen . Experience in ME/UAE & Asia. 

Demi Chef De Partie M/F Lebanese/Jordanian/Moroccan Degree/Diploma in culinary Arts 1 minimum 2-4 years experience in 5 Star/4 star hotels in Arabic/Lebanese Kitchen . Experience in ME/UAE
