  • MBA
  • 10+ years in marketing B2B IT services / 6+ years if graduated from ISB/IIMs
  • Exceptional Go-To-Market strategy skills
  • 3-4 years of working experience with Big 4 Marketing function (mandatory)

Are you an experienced marketing professional with demonstrated experience in designing, producing and executing strategic client-focused marketing programs? As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you will oversee strategy and planning for integrated marketing campaigns that support Techwave’ s business objectives with a focus on technology offerings. You will serve as a trusted marketing advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders and be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans for best-in-class marketing operations as well as oversight for marketing campaign execution. In addition, as a Marketing Manager, you will build specific programs, utilizing innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches, to bring the full capabilities of the firm to bear with maximize reach and impact to the market.
Responsibilities include
  • Develops, reviews, maintains, and drives prioritization of marketing activities across the BU offerings
  • Vets requests for marketing support within areas of responsibility
  • Works with Marketing team and stakeholders to initiate and support development of strategic marketing campaigns in support of priorities
  • Coordinates with Internal Communications around initiation and development of strategic marketing campaigns
  • Collaborates with PR team to drive media coverage when applicable
  • Manages the overall portfolio of campaigns and activities to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of appropriate resources
  • Develops strategic briefs (business case) for prioritized marketing campaigns; Drives approval process for campaigns with key leadership
  • Engages other regional associate managers to coordinate campaign activities and pull in other capabilities, as appropriate
  • Engages Campaign Management in execution of campaigns; oversee, in conjunction with Marketing Services, delivery of campaigns
  • Manages overall marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing maintenance activities
  • Plans and manages marketing budgets for campaigns in conjunction with Campaign Management
  • Serves as marketing advisor to key stakeholders within areas of responsibility assists with articulation of value propositions, develops marketing objectives in support of key priorities and serves as connection point across the firm
  • Brings innovative thinking and marketing practices to all marketing activities
  • Along with Marketing Services, develops metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics
