Global Business Manager Global 100Rotational Leadership Development Program   The Global 100 Rotational LeadershipDevelopment Program is designed to provide recent MBA graduates with a global perspective and dynamicexperience to d evelop them into the next generation ofleaders . The program focuses on cultivating a diverse and customized experience duringits 15-month duration.   Uponcompletion of the program, Global Business Managers will continue in apermanent leadership role based on interest, career potential and areas ofexpertise. Permanent roles may exist in Sales, Consulting or Program Management.   ProgramHighlights Unique opportunity to learn during fourrotational assignments ranging 3-4 months in duration, that are chosen based onbackground and skills, career passion and the needs of the business. Domestic as well as international locationswith one rotation taking place at Wipro’s headquarters in Bangalore, India. Rotations will be in Digital,Delivery, Sales, and an elective across Wipro’s strategic business units. Elective rotation can be in any ofWipro’s technology practices, Finance, Strategic Marketing, M&A, Strategy,CEO and COO offices, or Wipro Ventures. Exposure to senior leaders with focused mentorship, leadership coaching,and professional networking. Intensive induction program during thefirst two weeks and continued training and learning opportunities for theduration of the program as a cohort Responsibilities Identifying,structuring and shaping client engagements Solvingcomplex client challenges and affecting transformational change Buildinginnovative and practical client solutions Cultivatinglong-term relationships with clients Managinglarge organizational changes Developingstrategies for global delivery Supportingstrategic internal initiatives Producingindustry leading business research, position papers and white papers Collaboratingwith global teams, engagement managers, and practice leads
