The Global Account Executive will be an integral part of our Sales organization. The successful person in this role will be a strong advocate for GlobalEnglish by demonstrating solutions selling skills in her/his own sales process to build trust, share insights and prove value with her/his senior-level prospects. The Global Account Executive will be primarily working with regional accounts and will be able to independently secure and run great executive meetings to help our prospective customers understand the value of our solutions. In addition, the Global Account Executive will have a strong ability to work cross-functionally within GlobalEnglish and also within her/his prospects to engage multiple decision-makers in the buying process. The Global Account Executive will be a strong believer in GlobalEnglish’s vision, mission, culture and values.


Responsibilities


· Sell the AI- & human-powered GlobalEnglish Suite to "C-level" executives within global multinational corporations.

· Work with senior executives to build strong client relationships.

· Identify, develop and close a targeted list of new business accounts, with responsibility for all phases of the sales cycle.

· Manage, develop and grow a portfolio of existing multinational clients, working in close partnership with other Global Account Executives.

· Work with clients to create and execute worldwide implementation plans.

· Develop integrated communication and marketing plans to help launch and promote the service within the client organization.

· Create and implement user motivation and retention plans.

· Provide proactive and reactive customer service to ensure the customer is receiving adequate support from the company.

· Identify and develop opportunities for expanding the client relationship.

· Maintain customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and implementation skills.

· Use effective team skills to manage a virtual account team and serve customer needs.

· Deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements/Qualifications


· Sales professional, confident, successful and experienced at selling to the VP Level or higher.

· Team player with at least 3 - 5+ years’ experience in business-to-business consultative selling, preferably managing major account sales cycles to global Fortune 1000 organizations.

· Experience in internet technologies, digital corporate education markets preferred.

· Must have a formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling and have strong cold calling and prospecting skills.

· International business experience (Selling or Prospecting into International Markets a significant plus).

· Ability to work effectively across cultures

· Possess consultative selling skills for SaaS-based solutions including HR technologies

· Operate with a sense of urgency and has a positive, winning attitude.

· Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

· Able to work in an independent environment with minimal support.

· BA or BS required, MBA a plus.

. Native Japanese Language level, CEFR B2 for English Level

· Travel up to 30% Domestic & International

Compensation


The compensation package is highly competitive including base salary, bonus, commission, and full benefits.
