Shifts: Australian Shifts (3 am – 7 pm)


Responsibilities :


• Taking inbound calls for Voice process and making outbound calls for Lending business

• Inbound calls – Providing quick resolution to the Customer’s & Strore Manager’s queries

• Outbound calls – Making outbound calls to Customers and Employers

• Customer obsessed attitude – Zeal to drive better outcomes for our Customers

• Should have a presence of mind

• Fluent and good communication or conversational Skills

• Willing to work in Australian Shifts (Shift Window – (3 am – 7 pm)


Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:


• Any Graduate

• Fresher’s are eligible

• Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)

Preferred qualifications:


• Open to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)- Complete /Normal staffing for the business on Weekends

• Experience in Banking Financials and Customer services domain is preferred

• Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment
