Qualifications -

• Graduates excellent communication skills in English

Roles & Responsibilities:


• You will be responsible for handling transactional and troubleshooting queries from users of the worlds largest mobile app and digital content platform, and global peer to peer money transfer/ contact-less payment service platform.

• You must have a flair for extraordinary emotional connect, denial management along with troubleshooting expertise, and impeccable both verbal and written communication.

• You should be able to deliver support through voice, chat or email, and you must have fluency and accuracy in English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).

• Address all end-user queries as per the process and policies defined in the workflow

• Comprehend user sentiment, leverage empathy and drive issue resolution and support satisfaction

• Analyze, Improvise, Adapt and Deliver with accuracy, commitment and consistency

• Identify issue trends and report it to the Subject Matter Experts and Front-line Managers

• Be a team player, work with your peers to help your team perform better!

Qualifications

Technical Expertise - mobile OS interfaces, connectivity, app level knowledge, and familiarity with Android and iOS

• Freshers are welcome, Customer Service background will be an added value

• Incessant Curiosity question the status quo, find ways to make things better, probing and analytical ability

• Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment
