Shifts: 24*7


Job Responsibilities :
  •  Answering and resolving customers queries received via chat
  •  Able to upsell and cross sell & up sell the products related to the process
  •  Interacting with customer to understand the query better and to provide appropriate resolution


Qualifications -


Minimum qualifications :

• Graduate in any stream

• Excellent Communication Skills

• 6 months to 18 Months experience of technical support/customer service

• Tech savvy and worked in technical processes that involved troubleshooting of Hardware products

Preferred qualifications :


• Technical support experience with hardware background.

• Should have basic computer operating knowledge

• Good Written / Verbal communication skills
